Plum

Made with gin and sherry, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
30 gVanilla ice cream
5 gDark chocolate
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add 30g vanilla ice cream to a shaker.
  2. Pour in 40ml London dry gin and 20ml Pedro Ximenez sherry.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
