Royal Jelly

Made with gin and bitters, served in a highball glass.

60 ml / 2 ozHome bee pollen gin
1 mlHomemade cardamom bitters
2 mlChocolate bitters
20 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney
1 gHoneycomb
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add 20ml lemon juice and 60ml home bee pollen gin to a shaker.
  2. Add 15ml honey, 1ml cardamom bitters, and 2ml chocolate bitters.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain through a strainer and fine mesh into a chilled highball glass.
  5. Garnish with honeycomb on a skewer.
