Shots and Stripes Forever

Made with gin, Curaçao and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a collins glass.

60 ml / 2 ozGin, Brooklyn
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozBlue Curacao
5 ml / 0.25 ozVanilla syrup
2 dashesOrange bitters
3 dashesPeychaud's bitters, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except Peychaud's bitters.
  2. Strain over crushed ice in a Collins glass to create a blue layer.
  3. Pack crushed ice above to create a white layer.
  4. Top with a red layer of Peychaud's bitters.
