Spring Gimlet

Made with gin, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade wheat cordial
5 ml / 1/4 ozOrange blossom water
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 40 ml homemade wheat cordial and 5 ml orange blossom water into a shaker.
  2. Add 45 ml London dry gin.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
