Made with gin and bitters, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozGin, Beefeater
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozCane syrup, 2:1 sugar to water
1 dashBitters, Angostura
1mint, Garnish

Method

  1. Muddle mint in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, cane syrup, and bitters.
  3. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf.
