Poinsettia Punch (Dram)

Made with gin, bitters and liqueur, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozGrenadine
5 ml / 0.25 ozcinnamon syrup
1T allspice dram, St. Elizabeth
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
1 wedgeLemon (lemon wheel, as garnish)

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except garnish with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
