Made with gin and liqueur, served in a saucer.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozBlueberry liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
50 gSalers cheese
30 gBlueberry purée
1 gSichuan pepper ground
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add blueberry purée and Sichuan pepper to a shaker.
  2. Pour in lemon juice, blueberry liqueur, and gin.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled saucer glass.
  5. Serve with Salers cheese pieces.
