Roses In the Snow

Made with gin and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a highball glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Uncle Val's Botanical (or other new world-style gin)
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
20 ml / 0.75 ozrose water, !
1Egg white
60 ml / 2 ozClub soda
4 dashesPeychaud's bitters, as garnish)

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except soda with egg white.
  2. Shake again with ice.
  3. Fine strain into a highball glass over ice.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with Peychaud's bitters.

About the Roses In the Snow

A refreshing sour-style highball with botanical gin, floral rose water, and lemon juice. The egg white creates a silky texture while Peychaud's bitters add complexity.
