Made with gin, Port wine and bitters.

30 ml / 1 ozGin, Fords
30 ml / 1 ozRuby Port, Sandeman
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozcinnamon syrup
1Cranberry preserves
1 dashBitters, Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake well, then double strain over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and raspberry.
