Manzanilla Old Fashioned

Made with sherry and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozManzanilla sherry
5 ml / 0.25 ozVanilla syrup
2 dashescelery bitters
1Orange peel

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well, strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
