Made with cognac, sherry and liqueur, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCognac VSOP, Hine
15 ml / 0.5 ozSherry, Lustau East India Solera
5 ml / 0.25 ozOrange liqueur, Grand Marnier
5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaretto, Lazzaroni
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
