Landing Gear Fizz

Made with vermouth and sherry, served in a collins glass.

30 ml / 1 ozFalernum
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmontillado sherry
90 ml / 3 ozSoda water, to top
1 sprigMint, as garnish
1Lime wheel, as garnish)

Method

  1. Shake Falernum, sweet vermouth, lime juice, and Amontillado sherry with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.

About the Landing Gear Fizz

A sour cocktail with vermouth and sherry base, giving it herbal and nutty flavors. The lime adds tartness while soda provides fizz.
