Lucino's Delight

Made with gin, vermouth and Maraschino, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozGin
20 ml / 0.75 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur
5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaro Lucano

Method

  1. Add gin, vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and amaro to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe.

About the Lucino's Delight

Lucino's Delight is a stirred sour drink. It uses gin as its base and combines it with sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and amaro for a dry, bitter finish.
