Northern Lights (Lucinda Sterling)

Made with gin, aromatised wine and Curaçao.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Tanqueray 10
20 ml / 0.75 ozAromatised wine, Lillet Rose
15 ml / 0.5 ozCuraçao
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
1Grapefruit peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a sour glass.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

A sour cocktail featuring gin with floral and citrus notes from Lillet Rose and grapefruit juice. The lime adds tartness while Curaçao provides sweetness.
