New New York

Made with gin, vermouth and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozDry vermouth
3 mlRhubarb bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozSoda water
5 ml / 1/4 ozOrange blossom water
25 gPeach purée
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add peach purée to shaker.
  2. Add sugar syrup, dry vermouth, gin, orange blossom water, and rhubarb bitters.
  3. Fill with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Express lemon zest over drink.
