Martinez (Dry Variation)

Made with gin, vermouth and Maraschino, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozOld Tom gin
30 ml / 1 ozDry vermouth
3 dashesMaraschino Liqueur
2 dashesOrange bitters

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an olive or cherry.
