Mercy Brown

Made with gin, aromatised wine and liqueur, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Death's Door
20 ml / 0.75 ozAromatised wine, Cocchi Americano
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrange liqueur, Clement Creole Shrubb
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup
1 rinseAbsinthe, Pernod
1Lemon peel, expressed and inserted

Method

  1. Rinse rocks glass with absinthe.
  2. Shake all ingredients except lemon peel with ice.
  3. Strain into rocks glass.
  4. Express lemon peel and insert into drink.
