Made with rye whiskey, aromatised wine and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozrye whiskey, One source says Rittenhouse Bonded; most don't specify
20 ml / 0.75 ozAromatised wine, Dubonnet Rouge
5 ml / 0.25 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
5 ml / 0.25 ozFernet-Branca
1Lemon zest

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients except lemon with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Express lemon zest over drink and drop it in.
