Method

  1. Stir the rye whiskey, Jamaican rum, Kina L'Avion, Madeira wine, grapefruit bitters, and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass.
  3. Flame the orange peel and express the oils over the drink.
