Blown Rose

Made with rye whiskey, served in a coupe.

3apple slice, Fuji
60 ml / 2 ozrye whiskey, Old Overholt (Chamomille-infused)
15 ml / 0.5 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozcinnamon syrup

Method

  1. Muddle apple slices in shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
  3. Double strain into coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with lime wheel.
