Brooklyn (Comstock Version)

Made with rye whiskey, sherry and aromatised wine.

60 ml / 2 ozrye whiskey
20 ml / 0.75 ozpalo cortado sherry
5 ml / 0.25 ozBonal Gentiane Quina
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
1 dashOrange bitters
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Twist orange peel over drink.
  4. Garnish with orange peel.
