Method
- Mash 6 raspberries and 4 tablespoons of redcurrant in a rocks glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in 50 ml red vermouth and stir gently.
- Add more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a raspberry on a cocktail stick.
