Rosso and Tonic

Made with vermouth, served in a wine glass.

100 ml / 3 1/2 ozRed vermouth
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozTonic water
30 gOrange
60 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 100 ml of red vermouth.
  3. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice.

About the Rosso and Tonic

A simple highball cocktail made with red vermouth and tonic water. It has a bitter, fizzy character with orange garnish.
