Method
- Fill a rocks glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Add 20 ml red vermouth and 20 ml red bitter.
- Place a lemon slice in the glass.
- Pour 20 ml silver tequila and 20 ml triple sec into a shot glass.
- Ignite the shot glass and let it burn briefly.
- Pour the hot cocktail into the rocks glass and stir gently with a bar spoon.
