Flirting Margarita

Made with tequila and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozGold tequila
15 ml / 1/2 ozRed bitter
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSprite
30 gOrange
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Combine lime juice, passion fruit syrup, red bitter, and gold tequila in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into the rocks glass.
  4. Top with Sprite and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice.
