Tropical Margarita

Made with tequila, liqueur and Angostura bitters, served in a wine glass.

30 ml / 1 ozSilver tequila
20 ml / 3/4 ozCoconut liqueur
1 mlAngostura bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSprite
5 gLemongrass
60 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Make a wide cut and several notches on a lemongrass stem and place it in the glass.
  3. Add 10 ml lime juice, 20 ml coconut liqueur, and 30 ml silver tequila.
  4. Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
  5. Top with Sprite and stir gently with the lemongrass stem.
