Drug of Choice

Made with tequila, cachaça and Becherovka, served in a collins glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozCachaça
30 ml / 1 ozSilver tequila
5 ml / 1/4 ozBecherovka
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
20 gLime
5 gMint
3 gRed pepper ground
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Rim a Collins glass with ground red pepper.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add lime juice, grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup.
  4. Pour in Becherovka, cachaça, and silver tequila.
  5. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  6. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.

About the Drug of Choice

A strong, citrusy long drink with tequila base. The combination of grapefruit and lime gives it a refreshing character.
