Made with tequila, bitters and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozSilver tequila
2 mlGrapefruit bitters
2 mlPeychaud's bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozAgave syrup
1Orchid
1Grapefruit zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add 10 ml agave syrup and 60 ml silver tequila to a rocks glass.
  2. Add 2 ml grapefruit bitters and 2 ml Peychaud's bitters.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with an orchid and grapefruit zest.
