Jurassic Park

Made with tequila, sherry and Falernum, served in a sling glass.

30 ml / 1 ozGold tequila
15 ml / 1/2 ozFalernum
30 ml / 1 ozAmontillado sherry
1 mlAngostura bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozGinger syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
1 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill sling glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add lime juice, ginger syrup, Falernum, Amontillado sherry, and gold tequila.
  3. Add Angostura bitters and stir with a swizzle stick.
  4. Add more crushed ice and garnish with mint.
