Mexican Taxi Driver

Made with tequila, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSilver tequila
25 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
60 gGrapefruit
40 gLime
80 gLemon
80 gOrange
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place one slice each of grapefruit, orange, lime, and lemon in a rocks glass and crush with a muddler.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice to the top.
  3. Add 25ml sugar syrup and 50ml silver tequila, stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Add more crushed ice if needed.
  5. Garnish with slices of orange, lemon, and lime.
