Tom Yam Chaser

Made with tequila, served in a pitcher.

1000 ml / 33 3/4 ozGold tequila
25 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
15 gLemongrass
15 ml / 1/2 ozTabasco sauce
25 ml / 3/4 ozWorcestershire sauce
75 ml / 2 1/2 ozSoy sauce
15 gSalt
10 gGinger root
500 ml / 17 ozCoconut milk

Method

  1. Place ginger and lemongrass in a pitcher and crush with a muddler.
  2. Add lime juice, coconut milk, Tabasco, Worcestershire, and soy sauces to the pitcher.
  3. Stir in salt and mix gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Serve the chaser alongside shots of gold tequila.
