Bullet To the Head

Made with light beer and tequila, served in a shot glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozSilver tequila
300 ml / 10 1/4 ozLight beer
30 ml / 1 ozTomato juice
30 gJalapeño
2 mlTabasco sauce
1 gBlack pepper ground
1 gSalt

Method

  1. Pour 30ml tomato juice into a shot glass.
  2. Add Tabasco sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Layer 15ml silver tequila on top using a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with jalapeño.
  5. Drink the shot and chase with 300ml light beer.
