Frozen Physalis

Made with light beer, served in a champagne coupe.

90 ml / 3 ozLight beer
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
5 gPhysalis
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Pour lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, and light beer into a blender.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend.
  3. Pour into a chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with physalis and serve with a teaspoon.
