Frozen Bavaria

Made with light beer, served in a champagne coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLight beer
10 ml / 1/4 ozCaramel syrup
35 ml / 1 1/4 ozGreen apple syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
20 gApple
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Pour lemon juice, caramel syrup, green apple syrup, and light beer into a blender.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with green apple slices and serve with a teaspoon.
