Carlsbad Falls

Made with light beer, served in a irish coffee glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLight beer
15 ml / 1/2 ozOrgeat syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozMaple syrup
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozOrange juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
40 gOrange
10 gCinnamon sticks
3 gClove

Method

  1. Pour the lemon juice, orange juice, maple syrup, honey syrup, orgeat syrup, and light beer into a pitcher.
  2. Add the clove and cinnamon sticks.
  3. Heat the mixture while stirring, but do not boil it.
  4. Strain the drink into an Irish coffee glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice, a clove, and a cinnamon stick.
