Requiem For A Dream

Made with vermouth, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozRed vermouth
150 ml / 5 ozPomegranate juice
30 gPomegranate
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of red vermouth.
  3. Top with pomegranate juice and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  4. Garnish with a small slice of pomegranate.
