Made with Prosecco, Cynar and Aperol, served in a wine glass.

2T aperol

Method

  1. Build with ice in a tulip wine glass.
  2. Add Prosecco, Cynar, and Aperol.
  3. Top with a splash of soda water.
  4. Garnish with lemon.
