Small Hummer

Made with sloe gin, absinthe and Prosecco, served in a shot glass.

10 ml / 1/4 ozAbsinthe
15 ml / 1/2 ozSloe gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozProsecco
15 gRed currant puree

Method

  1. Add 3 tablespoons of red currant puree to a shot glass.
  2. Layer 15 ml of sloe gin, 10 ml of prosecco, and 10 ml of absinthe using a cocktail spoon.
