Made with gin, sloe gin and Campari.

3Raspberry
45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Beefeater
30 ml / 1 ozSloe gin, Plymouth
30 ml / 1 ozCampari
1Raspberry, as garnish

Method

  1. Muddle 3 raspberries in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with other ingredients.
  3. Double strain into a D.O.F. glass over 1 large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with 1 raspberry.
