Made with gin and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozGin, Hendrick's preferred
1 splashElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
90 ml / 3 ozGinger beer, Gosling's preferred

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 1 oz of gin and a splash of St. Germain elderflower liqueur.
  3. Top with 3 oz of ginger beer.
  4. Swizzle the drink well to combine the ingredients.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
