Amber Hive

Made with cachaça, sloe gin and Campari, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCachaca
20 ml / 0.75 ozSloe gin, Plymouth
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozEgg white
10 ml / 0.33 ozCampari
10 ml / 0.33 ozsimple syrup
2 dashesGrapefruit bitters

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Shake vigorously with ice.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.

About the Amber Hive

Amber Hive is a sour cocktail with a frothy texture. It combines the sweetness of sloe gin with the tartness of lemon juice and the bitterness of Campari.
