Made with cachaça, vermouth and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

20 ml / 0.75 ozCachaca, Avua Amburana
20 ml / 0.75 ozbianco vermouth, Carpano
20 ml / 0.75 ozCreme de Banane, Giffard
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
2 dashesBitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole (as garnish)
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Build ingredients in a Collins or Pilsner glass over crushed ice.
  2. Swizzle to combine, then top with bitters, nutmeg, and mint sprig.
