Made with cachaça and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozCachaca, Novo Fogo
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozchampagne vinegar, mint-infused
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup, 2:1
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
60 ml / 2 ozSoda water
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake cachaça, lime juice, mint-infused vinegar, simple syrup, and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
