Oolong Tea Collins

Made with vodka, served in a collins glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozOolong cordial
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSoda water
1Grapefruit zest
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 50 ml oolong cordial and 50 ml vodka.
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
