Cosmopolitan Jelly

Made with vodka and triple sec, served in a champagne coupe.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozTriple sec
5 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
30 gCranberry
24 gBlackberry
10 gStrawberry
2 gGelatin

Method

  1. Blend cranberry and place in a mixing glass.
  2. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, triple sec, and vodka.
  3. Add half strawberry and four blackberries, stir gently.
  4. Pour one-third into a pitcher and add one-third teaspoon of gelatin.
  5. Stir, add remaining mixture, and heat without boiling.
  6. Cool, pour into a chilled champagne coupe, and refrigerate until set.
