Sorrel Tini

Made with vodka, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
30 ml / 1 ozPineapple juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
20 gSorrel
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle 8 sorrel leaves in a shaker.
  2. Add egg white, lemon juice, sugar syrup, pineapple juice, and vodka.
  3. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a sorrel leaf.
