Trans-Siberian Express

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozOrange juice
30 gOrange
3 gRosemary
10 gSea buckthorn jam
5 gGinger root
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Add ginger root, sea buckthorn jam, and crush with muddler in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in 50 ml vodka.
  4. Top with orange juice and stir gently.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprig and orange slice.
