Sex with Pamela

Made with vodka and liqueur.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGrapefruit vodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozMelon liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
1000 gMelon
60 gStrawberry
5 gGreen basil
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Cut a triangle in melon and remove seeds.
  2. Muddle melon flesh, 2 strawberries, and 4 basil leaves in shaker.
  3. Add 15ml lemon juice, 10ml grenadine, 10ml sugar syrup, 20ml melon liqueur, and 40ml grapefruit vodka.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain into melon.
  6. Garnish with basil leaf and strawberry halves.
