Lavender Creme Brulee

Made with liqueur and vodka, served in a rocks glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade lavender vodka
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozEgg liqueur
25 ml / 3/4 ozCondensed milk
15 gSugar
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. In a shaker, combine 25 ml condensed milk, 50 ml egg liqueur, and 25 ml lavender vodka.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass.
  5. Caramelize sugar in a spoon using a burner.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with the caramelized sugar.
