Made with gin, liqueur and bitter, served in a rocks glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozDry Orange liqueur
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed bitter
40 gCherry
1Orange zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle 8 pitted cherries in a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add 20 ml red bitter and 20 ml dry orange liqueur.
  4. Add 20 ml gin and stir with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
